Kitchen Organization Skills Course

$500 for 2 3-Hour Classes

A lot of cooking stress is created by our environment.

If our kitchen is not designed for our humanness, we will waste time looking for tools, running back and forth, and sorting through 12 half-used bottles of oil to see which one hasn’t gone rancid.

This class is appropriate for those just getting into cooking, or anyone who feels like their kitchen doesn’t quite make sense.

This class will:

-Have you purge old and unused ingredients in your fridge and pantry. (Trust me, there’s more than you think).

-Teach you how to organize your kitchen in a way that makes cooking and living smooth and efficient.

-Give you proper food-storage and labeling information to maximize shelf-life and freshness.

-Educate you on necessary pantry staples, substitutes, and how to use those one-time ingredients a variety of ways.
